 By placing an order with Pumpkin & Vine, you agree to the following terms:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your order.
   
• All sales are final. Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of pumpkins, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
   

• You do not need to be home for delivery as long as we have clear access to your setup location.
   
• We’ll place and style your pumpkins based on your selected package or custom design.
   
• Delivery windows are listed in checkout process. We do our best to accommodate timing preferences but cannot guarantee exact times.
   

• Pumpkin shapes, sizes, and colors vary — that’s part of their charm! While we strive to match the look and feel of each package, exact varieties may differ based on availability and aesthetic discretion.
   

• We are not responsible for pumpkins damaged by weather, animals, or placement in overly sunny, wet, or exposed areas.
   

• Pumpkins are natural and perishable. Most displays last 6–8 weeks with proper care.
   
• We recommend keeping your pumpkins out of direct sunlight and off damp ground when possible.
   

• Custom designs include a consultation and styling unique to your space. Design adjustments after delivery may incur an additional fee.
   

• Removal is not included in the price of your display but can be added for an additional fee during checkout.
